Join Musiquita’s choir, Songbirds in Harmony (ages 7-13), for their upcoming 7 week cycle of rehearsals, culminating in a performance, at Yant Art Space in Forest Hills!

SCHEDULE:
9:30-10:45am on 11/29, 12/6, 12/13, 12/20, 1/3, 1/10 & 1/17*.
*On 1/17 we’ll warm up and rehearse from 9:30-10am, then we’ll all help set up chairs and will invite our crowd to join us for a 10:15-11am performance in the space, which will be free for direct families, and ticketed for others.
WHAT TO BRING:
Singers should bring a water bottle, a highlighter, a sharpened pencil and a 2 inch ringed binder.
COST:
$30/rehearsal + $20 printing fees for the sheet music.
REPERTOIRE:
We perform mostly Musiquita originals, as well as original arrangements of some covers, in Spanish and English. The singers will receive sheet music and audio demos. It is not required that they be able to read music to join, but they should have some musical education foundation and a love for singing.
